Superfeet unveiled the next evolution of its brand, marking a new era in the company’s journey to empower all who move. With a renewed emphasis on serving real world athletes, biomechanical innovation, and intentional design, Superfeet is building on its nearly 50-year foundation to step confidently into the future, where innovation meets inspiration and performance is amplified. The brand refresh introduces a new logo, refreshed visual identity, and an updated marketing approach that celebrates athletes who pursue progress across every arena, from courts and trails to job sites and city streets.
From the experience design standpoint, it was important to structure navigation and key paths to help customers find the perfect insoles based on their lifestyle and performance needs. Within the browsing experience, product cards and filters provide key information about insole technology such as arch height, insole thickness, and underfoot cushioning. Beyond browsing, customers can also seek guidance through the Superfeet insole finder or even have custom insoles crafted just for them.
Making the move to Shopify opened a lot of possibilities for the Superfeet team. Much less technical expertise is now required to produce quality branded content on day-to-day marketing and merchandising tasks. With rock-solid layout components in place for the content team, CQL was then able to go deep and design additional interactive components showcasing Superfeet insole technologies to really highlight the value Superfeet products offer.
To strengthen its position as a global leader in the insole industry, Superfeet implemented multi-site functionality on Shopify for efficient management of operations across the US, UK, and Canada. Leveraging Shopify Markets and Shopify’s Translate & Adapt, the Superfeet website offers localized experiences through region-specific language, messaging, product assortments, and currencies to meet each region’s distinct market needs.
