As part of the site takeover, CQL partnered with SHOE SHOW, INC. through a support agreement, a flexible and predictable model for monthly support in strategy, UX, design, development and technical support. CQL began by conducting a Commerce Cloud site audit, including a code review, performance (speed) enhancements, SEO recommendations, improvements in user experience (UX) and user interfaces (UI), data cleanup, and analytics optimizations. Following stabilization of the SHOE SHOW, INC. ecosystem and website, CQL trained both the development and marketing teams on SFCC.
