Salary

$60,000 – $80,000 annually


About the Job

The Project Manager functions as the key liaison between the Development, Creative, and User Experience teams, client, Success Managers, and other project stakeholders.  The Project Manager is responsible for monitoring and maximizing project health by allocating team assignments, maintaining consistent communication, ensuring budget and timeline adherence, and ensuring client satisfaction with project implementation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree specializing in Business Management, a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in project management
  • Digital industry and/or agency experience is a plus
  • PMP, CAPM, or Agile-related certification is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace, and Project Management software
  • Understand the basic concepts of web development and design process
  • Ability to manage time and resources appropriately and effectively
  • Jira issue tracking and agile software development experience a plus

You Will

  • Act as primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication; responds to questions about timelines, collaborate on resolving issues, and coordinate execution of long term plans
  • Manage project and task progress in project management system
  • Ensure the project team is achieving deliverables and that work will be delivered on time as expected by the client
  • Coordinate with the team to conduct ticket status follow up with client or project team
  • Monitor employee time against allocation and project scope; investigate issues and works to resolve them with the employee or escalate issues, as needed, to management
  • Create and present weekly status updates to PMO Director, Success Managers, and/or clients to provide a snapshot of overall project health, progress, and projections
  • Create project team utilization forecasts, project schedules, and timelines
  • Work with project team to ensure deliverables and estimates are aligned and accounted for within the project plan
  • Present project plan to client for alignment and approval
  • Schedule and facilitate client meetings such as stand-ups, planning sessions, status updates, and collaboration meetings regarding project kick off, touch points, retrospectives, and user acceptance testing
