As a global leader in way-finding and signage, 2/90 wanted to rebuild their decade
old ERP system beginning with the customer. Since every product 2/90 makes has a
custom element, their “out of the box” ERP solution just could not handle their
business. Their team and their customers had to rely on layers of spreadsheets, emails, phone calls, post-it notes to maintain their high level of customer satisfaction.
