CQL Selected for the Microsoft Speech Server 2007 Technology Adoption Program

CQL begins early evaluations of the next version of Microsoft's speech and telephony platform

Grand Rapids, Michigan - May 19, 2006 - CQL today announced it was selected for the Microsoft Speech Server 2007 Technical Adoption Program (TAP). As a TAP participant, CQL has had a unique opportunity to evaluate and begin building on the pre-release of Speech Server 2007 over the last several months. A select group of twenty companies were chosen to participate in the Speech Server 2007 TAP based on their experience with and innovative use of the Speech Server platform. Currently, CQL is developing several speech applications for its clients based on this advanced technology.

CQL is a rapidly growing software development consulting firm and a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, specializing in database development, e-commerce and enterprise software deployments. "We are pleased to be a part of the Microsoft Speech Server 2007 TAP. The TAP allows us to gain early insight into how Speech Server 2007 will benefit our clients. Additionally, through speech enabled systems, our clients will gain a valuable differentiator on their competitors," said Mark Lardieri, President of CQL.

"The Speech Server TAP provides our innovative customers and partners with the opportunity to evaluate Speech Server 2007 and ultimately influence the product through their feedback," said Clint Patterson, director of product management for Microsoft Speech Server. "Speech Server 2007 is opening up speech and telephony options for companies across the board."

Microsoft Speech Server is Microsoft's interactive voice response (IVR) platform and provides the tools, run-time environment, and services needed for speech-enabled telephony applications on a single, integrated platform. Speech Server 2007 is scheduled for release in late 2006.

CQL grew more than 30% in 2006, and plans an even greater expansion in 2007. They continue to hire for a variety of technology positions, and prospective employees who are interested in sharing their resume should contact CQL at hr@cqlcorp.com.
