CQL, Inc. is currently seeking a successful custom software sales executive. CQL serves
businesses throughout the Midwest with a focus on the southwest MI region. We provide effective,
custom-designed solutions using strong software development methodology, allowing our clients
to be more efficient and successful. The chosen candidate will be selling custom software solutions
to health care organizations, manufacturing facilities, financial institutions, and educational facilities,
as well as many other types of businesses.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will be expected to bring to the position the following requirements:
- Proven ability to develop, manage and close custom software sales and managed
consulting engagements to companies and organizations of all sizes.
- Self-sufficiency, strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact with senior management
and excellent presentation and communication skills a must.
- Must be efficient and effective at lead generation, business development, opportunity
management, and account planning.
- Experienced with working and re-enforcing relationships with strategic partners to
drive new business.
- Ability to thrive in an environment that promotes empowerment, accountability,
and measurements.
- Extremely strong follow-up skills are critical to the success in this position.
- Understanding of the marketplace with previous industry experience preferred.
- Formulate and develop strategies for account opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management to assist in sales growth and improve productivity.
- Team oriented and customer focused.
